Terms of Service

Last updated: 2nd October 2026

Please read these Terms before using our website or placing an order. They explain who we are, how we sell our products to you, your rights and ours, and what happens if something goes wrong. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us and these Terms

1.1 www.whitesbeaconsfield.co.uk (the "Site") is operated by Whites Beaconsfield Limited ("Whites Beaconsfield", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09313438, with its registered office at 11 Penn Road, Beaconsfield, England, HP9 2PN. Our VAT number is 322850519.

1.2 You can contact us by email at support@whitesbeaconsfield.co.uk. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

1.3 These Terms apply when you use the Site and when you buy products from us through it. The following documents also apply and form part of these Terms: our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you buy a subscription, our Subscription Terms also apply and take priority over these Terms on anything specific to your subscription.

1.4 Our Site is intended for consumers buying for their own personal use. If you are a business or would like to stock our products, please contact ollie@whitesbeaconsfield.co.uk.

1.5 If you live in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms takes away those protections.

2. Using our Site

2.1 Age. You must be 16 or over to buy from us, create an account or sign up to our marketing. Our whitening products are not intended for anyone under 16.

2.2 Availability. The Site is free to use. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend or change it for business or operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension that affects an order.

2.3 Your account. If you create an account, you must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

2.4 Acceptable use. You must not:

  • use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to send unsolicited advertising;

  • use robots, scrapers or other automated tools to access or copy the Site or its content without our written permission;

  • frame, mirror or alter the display of the Site, or use our name or trade marks in meta tags, hidden text or links without our permission;

  • impersonate any person, or submit false or misleading information;

  • upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code, or do anything that could damage, overload or impair the Site; or

  • post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene or infringes anyone else's rights.

2.5 Our intellectual property. We, or our licensors, own all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including text, images, logos, product designs and software. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, adapt or distribute it without our written permission. If you believe content on our Site infringes your rights, please email us.

2.6 Information on the Site. Information on the Site, including blog articles, is for general information only and is not dental or medical advice. Always read the product instructions and speak to your dentist if you have any concerns about your oral health. We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but please let us know if you spot an error.

2.7 Links to other sites. Where the Site links to websites or resources run by others, those links are for information only. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.

3. Reviews and content you share

3.1 When you post a review, photo, video, comment or other content on our Site, or tag us in content on social media ("Your Content"), you confirm that it is your own, is honest and lawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

3.2 You keep ownership of Your Content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and share Your Content on our Site, our social media channels, our marketing emails and in-store or retailer materials, and to make minor edits for format or length that do not change its meaning. We will always ask your permission before using your image or likeness in paid advertising. You can ask us to stop using Your Content at any time by emailing us, and we will do so for any new use within a reasonable time.

3.3 Our review policy. We publish all genuine customer reviews, positive and negative, except those that are unlawful, offensive, contain personal information, or are not about the product. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning or rating. Where we have offered an incentive for a review (for example a discount for adding a photo), the review will be marked as incentivised. You must not post a review for a product you have not used, or a review written or paid for by someone else.

3.4 We may remove any content that breaches these Terms.

4. Placing an order

4.1 How to order. Add products to your basket, check your order, and correct any errors before you confirm it. You must give us accurate and complete details, including your delivery address.

4.2 When the contract is made. After you place your order, we will email you an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order but does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order, and a contract is formed between us, when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched.

4.3 If we cannot accept your order. We may decline an order if: the product is out of stock; there is an obvious error in the price or description; we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of a payment method; we cannot deliver to your address; or the order quantity suggests it is for resale. If we decline your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full within 5 working days.

4.4 Pricing errors. If we discover that the price of a product was obviously wrong when you ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4.5 Cancelling before dispatch. You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us. We will refund you in full. Once your order has been dispatched, you can still cancel under section 6.

5. Prices and payment

5.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling (or euros on our EU store) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

5.2 We accept payment by debit and credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5.3 If you choose to pay with Klarna or PayPal's pay-later options, the credit is provided by Klarna or PayPal, not by us, under their own terms and subject to their eligibility checks. If you return a product bought with pay-later credit, we will process the refund through the provider and your payment plan will be adjusted.

5.4 Where we offer discount codes or promotions, section 10 applies.

6. Changing your mind

6.1 You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel it and return the products for a refund, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us or use the model cancellation form in our Refund Policy, then return the products within 14 days of telling us.

6.2 Sealed oral care products. For hygiene and health reasons, our oral care products cannot be returned for a change of mind once their seal has been broken after delivery. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

6.3 You pay the cost of returning the products unless they are faulty or incorrect. We will refund the price and our standard delivery charge (if you return the whole order) within 14 days of receiving the products back, or of you showing proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We may reduce the refund if a product has been handled more than necessary to inspect it.

6.4 For subscriptions, the 14-day period applies to your first delivery only. Renewal deliveries are covered by our Subscription Terms.

6.5 Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Delivery

7.1 We deliver to the UK and to the EU countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery options, charges and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; if we expect a delay, we will tell you.

7.2 If we do not deliver within 30 days of your order (or any later date we agreed with you), you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

7.3 Your delivery address. Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address you gave was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost, or refund the price of the products less the original delivery charge.

7.4 Safe places and neighbours. If you nominate a safe place or a neighbour to receive your parcel, delivery is complete when the carrier leaves it there.

7.5 Risk and ownership. The products are our responsibility until they are delivered to you, the person you nominate, or your nominated safe place. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment and the products have been delivered.

7.6 Lost or late parcels. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, please email us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund. We may ask you to confirm in writing that the parcel has not been received.

7.7 Uncollected parcels. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is not collected from the carrier, it will be returned to us. We will contact you and either redeliver it at your request or refund the price and original delivery charge, less the reasonable cost of the parcel being returned to us.

7.8 Customs charges. Orders to EU countries are dispatched from our warehouse within the EU, so no import duties or customs charges are payable on delivery.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

8.1 We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to:

  • a full refund if you tell us within 30 days of delivery;

  • after 30 days, a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, a refund or price reduction; and

  • if the fault appears within 6 months of delivery, it is assumed to have been present at delivery unless we can show otherwise.

You can bring a claim up to 6 years after delivery (5 years in Scotland). If you live in the EU, you have at least the minimum two-year legal guarantee under your local law. Further information is available from Citizens Advice in the UK or the consumer authority in your country.

8.2 How to tell us. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, photos showing the problem and, where possible, the batch number on the packaging. Please keep the product until we have assessed your claim. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

8.3 We will refund your reasonable costs of returning a faulty or incorrect product, or send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are made within 14 days of us agreeing that you are entitled to one, to your original payment method.

8.4 Results vary. Whitening results differ from person to person, depending on the natural shade and condition of your teeth, your diet and how regularly you use the product. A product is not faulty only because the results differ from what you hoped for, as long as it matches its description and the claims we make for it.

9. Using our products safely

9.1 Always read the instructions, warnings and ingredients on the packaging before use, and use our products only as directed. Check the ingredients list if you have any allergies.

9.2 Some people experience temporary tooth or gum sensitivity. If this persists, stop using the product and speak to your dentist.

9.3 Speak to your dentist before using our whitening products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, wear braces, have had recent dental treatment or oral surgery, or have gum disease, decay, exposed roots, very sensitive teeth or jaw problems. Our whitening products are not for use by anyone under 16.

10. Discount codes, promotions and giveaways

10.1 Discount codes. Unless stated otherwise: only one code can be used per order; codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to past orders; codes must be used within their stated validity period; and codes may not apply to subscriptions, bundles or products already on promotion. Codes issued to you personally (for example a welcome or referral code) must not be shared or published.

10.2 Promotions. Each promotion runs for the period stated. We may end or change a promotion early only for a valid reason, such as an error, unexpected stock shortages or suspected misuse, and this will never affect an order you have already placed. Promotions may differ between our UK and EU stores.

10.3 Giveaways and prize draws. From time to time we run free giveaways, usually on our social media channels. Each giveaway will have its own specific terms published alongside it, which take priority over this section. Unless those terms say otherwise:

  • entry is free and no purchase is necessary;

  • entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the UK; our employees, agencies and their immediate families cannot enter;

  • the closing date and how to enter will be stated in the giveaway post; late or incomplete entries will not count;

  • winners are chosen at random from all valid entries after the closing date;

  • we will contact winners through the platform used to enter within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner does not reply within 7 days, we may choose another winner;

  • we will never ask a winner to pay a fee or give bank or card details to claim a prize. Please ignore any account claiming otherwise;

  • prizes are as described, are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value;

  • the winner's first name and county or country will be available on request, unless the winner objects;

  • giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform; and

  • we use entrants' personal data only to run the giveaway, as explained in our Privacy Notice.

11. Marketing emails and SMS messages

11.1 Emails. We send marketing emails only if you have signed up to receive them, or if you have bought from us and did not opt out when you gave us your details. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Contacting our customer service team does not sign you up to marketing.

11.2 SMS sign-up. If you opt in to our SMS programme (for example by ticking the SMS box at checkout or texting a keyword to our number), we will send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide, using our provider Klaviyo. These may include offers, product launches, basket reminders and order or delivery updates. Signing up is optional and is never a condition of buying from us. SMS consent is separate from email consent.

11.3 Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies but will not normally exceed 8 marketing messages a month, and we do not send marketing messages between 8pm and 9am UK time. We do not charge for messages. Your mobile network's standard rates may apply to any messages you send to us, and roaming charges may apply abroad.

11.4 Opting out. You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (or ARRET in French) to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing messages. You can also opt out by emailing support@whitesbeaconsfield.co.uk or through your account preferences, and we will act on any clear request to stop, however you send it. For help, reply HELP or email us.

11.5 Your number. You must only sign up with a mobile number that you own or are authorised to use. If you change or give up your number, please opt out first or tell us. If we change the number we use to send messages, we will tell you.

11.6 Delivery of messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile network and is outside our control. Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as health or payment details, by text message.

11.7 How we use your personal data for marketing is explained in our Privacy Notice.

12. Our responsibility to you

12.1 If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

12.2 We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, as summarised in section 8; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

12.3 Our products are for domestic and private use. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

12.4 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible, take steps to minimise the effect, and you may cancel for a refund of anything paid for products not yet received.

13. Changes to these Terms

13.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our products or how we operate. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new 'last updated' date.

13.2 The version of these Terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order. If you have a subscription, we will notify you of changes in line with our Subscription Terms.

14. Complaints and disputes

14.1 If you are unhappy with anything, please email support@whitesbeaconsfield.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and to resolve them within 10 working days.

14.2 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

15. Other important terms

15.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation; we will tell you if this happens and it will not affect your rights. You may only transfer your rights to another person with our written agreement.

15.2 These Terms are between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce them.

15.3 Each section of these Terms operates separately. If a court decides that any part is unlawful, the remaining parts will stay in full effect.

15.4 If we do not insist straight away on you doing something you are required to do, or delay in taking action, that does not mean you no longer have to do it, and we may still do so later.

Whites Beaconsfield LTD Mobile Message Program Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2nd July 2026

The Whites Beaconsfield LTD mobile message program (the "Program") is operated by Whites Beaconsfield LTD (“Whites Beaconsfield LTD”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Program constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms of Service”) and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”). By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts. We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms of Service at any time and your continued use of the Program following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

User Opt In

The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting into the Program, such as through online or application-based enrolment forms. By consenting to Whites Beaconsfield LTD’s SMS/text messaging Program, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Whites Beaconsfield LTD through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialler, the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or all of Our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialler”). Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Whites Beaconsfield LTD. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

User Opt Out

You may opt-out of the Program at any time. Reply the single keyword command STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT (or if French speaking - ARRET, DESABONNER, ANNULER, or FIN) or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to opt out of the Program. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.

You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable methods of opting out. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that alter, change, or modify the STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT (or if French speaking - ARRET, DESABONNER, ANNULER, or FIN) keyword commands, such as the use of different spellings or the addition of other words or phrases to the command, and agree that Whites Beaconsfield LTD and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than those set forth above or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

If you have subscribed to other Whites Beaconsfield LTD mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Program support or assistance, reply HELP or support@whitesbeaconsfield.co.uk.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Program at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

Message frequency varies. You agree to receive messages periodically at Our discretion. Daily, weekly, and monthly message frequency will vary. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Us.
