How do the teeth whitening strips work?
Our strips whiten your teeth by gently penetrating and dissolving the stains that have built up over time. The special peroxide-free formulation is designed to remove stains without causing pain or sensitivity.
Whats included?
In every box of Teeth Whitening Strips you will receive 28 strips = 14 applications.
How do you use it?
To use the strips
- Dry teeth thoroughly before use to ensure accurate application.
- Apply one strip at a time, the longer strip to the top teeth and the shorter strip to the bottom.
- Press the strips down firmly and fold over the back of the teeth to secure.
- Leave for 30 mins (do not eat or drink anything with the strips in).
- After 30mins remove strips.
- Brush off remaining residue with a toothbrush/wipe off with tissue, rinse and you are good to go!
We would recommend using once per day for the full course of 14 day treatments or until you are happy with your desired shade.
Once you are happy with your shade results can last around 8–12 weeks before you may wish to top up applications.
You can then use them once a week or whenever is convenient for you to maintain results.

How do I achieve best results?
For best results follow our guidance on how to use below:
- Dry teeth thoroughly before use to ensure accurate application.
- Apply one strip at a time, the longer strip to the top teeth and the shorter strip to the bottom.
- Press the strips down firmly and fold over the back of the teeth to secure.
- Leave for 30 mins (do not eat or drink anything with the strips in)
- After 30mins remove strips.
- Brush off remaining residue with a toothbrush/wipe off with tissue, rinse and you are good to go!
- During the 14 day treatment we would recommend limiting staining foods and drinks as these can affect the longevity of your results.
Do they cause sensitivity?
All our strips use our non peroxide whitening formula which has been extensively researched and developed to ensure that no pain, harm or sensitivity will be caused to the teeth.
It's essential to apply the strips correctly here is a video of how to use them. If used correctly they will not cause sensitivity.
Will these be effective on cosmetic dental work?
Our whitening strips will have no effect on caps/crowns or cosmetic dental work, however our Veneer and Composite polish would be a great alternative or can be used in conjunction with the strips.

Why am I getting patches? Are white spots/blotches normal?
Rest assured any patches are totally normal and will fade with further use to be a fab white shade all over.
This can be totally normal when you first start your whitening journey as some areas of your teeth respond quicker to whitening than others due to staining being more prominent in certain areas and shouldn't cause any concern.
Can I swallow the gel?
We would always advise against consuming the gel, when you finish your treatment we suggest a quick rinse post application.
Can I use the strips longer then 30mins?
For best results we recommend no longer then 30mins!
