Coconut Oil Pulling

Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice where you swish oil in your mouth for 2 minutes to help cleanse teeth, gums, and freshen breath. It's a natural alternative to traditional mouthwash that can support overall oral health.

Pour 10 – 15ml of the oil into the cup provided and gently swish it around for 2 minutes in your mouth. Swirl it through  your teeth and around your gums, then spit it into the sink and rinse with warm water afterward and brush your teeth as usual.
